主讲嘉宾介绍：
Guillaume Pinson is a full professor in the Department of Literature, Theatre and Cinema at Université Laval and Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Human sciences. His research focuses on the history of media culture in French-speaking Europe and North America and he co-directs with Marie-Ève Thérenty (U. de Montpellier) the Medias 19 project (www.medias19.org). He heads the SSHRC-funded project "Francophone Journalism in Americas” and collaborates on the SSHRC project "Le Canada de Jules Verne" (with Maxime Prévost, University of Ottawa). He is the author of La culture médiatique francophone en Europe et en Amérique du Nord, de 1760 à la veille de la Seconde Guerre mondiale (2016) ; L'Imaginaire médiatique, histoire et fiction du journal au 19e siècle (2012) and Fiction du monde. De la presse mondaine à Marcel Proust (2008).
